About Brad

I was born in Denver, Colorado. If I had to venture a guess, I would say that this is where my 

love for being in the mountains began. Not too long after I finished ski lessons as a kid, my dad 

got transferred to Southern California, where I grew up. My parents quickly introduced me to the 

beach life, and we spent a lot of time in the sand and surf during this period. My whole extended 

family would go to the beach on Christmas Day, a tradition that started in 1989. 

My passion for real estate began after I graduated high school. I bought my first house in 2003, 

and I was so excited to call it mine. I realized that I wanted to be a part of an industry that helps 

people achieve their goals of buying or selling a home. 

In 2008, I decided to pack up my belongings and move to the Pacific Northwest. I knew that 

being so close to the mountains, and just a short car ride away from the coast, I would fall in 

love with all the beauty that this part of the country offers. I love hiking, and one of my goals was 

to hike Mt. St. Helens. I was able to summit the volcano in 2015. I have become an avid runner, 

and I enjoy running both half and full marathons. I would love to be able to say that I have run a 

marathon in every state. I still have 47 states to go, but I’m on my way! 

In 2012, I took my first international trip to Kenya. I was hooked, and have now been to a total of 

16 countries.
